Caboose Kitchen was founded on the old Smith’s Mill restaurant site in November of 2009. Fully licensed, it caters for all social occasions whether it be ala carte or social functions, Caboose has the capacity to entertain group bookings for up to 60 seated guests

With New Owners Alex and Tina Grechko, and new Manager Daniel Webb you can be assured of a quality, rewarding dining experience. Head Chef Toby Hill and Sous Chef Bradley Bone bring a combination of youth, experience and enthusiasm to a menu of interesting choices and combinations which will change with the seasons to offer a variety of tastes to your dining experience.
